I remember one paragraph describing his philosophy of leadership and partnership:

“Business can teach us a lot about what people can achieve when they work together. One person can do only so much. But if he gathers a company of people around him who are committed to the same goal, if he galvanizes them and inspires them and taps into their inner drive, they can perform miracles together.”

(galvanize (v): shock or excite (someone) into taking action)
