- Syndrome of the weak = the fragile try to be smarter and desperate to be win
- Every decision and belief is moving toward my goals (even it's painful and difficult) or moving away from my goals
3 things to move out of matrix
- No longer need to be RIGHT! (to build my self esteem)
- Identify the right answers what put me toward my goals
-> Put all my energy behind those answers
The stories we are telling ourselves are REALLY IMPORTANT -> the little voice in your mind!
BECOMING A JEDI
-> means pushing the limits of human potential beyond what people think is possible
-> Train somebody who will view the world the same way I view -> Your own man can make their own decisions

=> Ex: People protecting a dumb idea because of their self esteem BUT they don't know that what they are doing
-> Businesses are built on PEOPLE and People have all these WEIRD BUGS in the system.
VULNERABILITY

-> Human wants to connect with authentic people. They distrust the most are the ones that thay can't understand their motives
=> They will feel resistant + unknown + unease
-> Human are social animals -> We've got to be able to bond and connect with other people
-> Talk to them honestly by your trutful self
-> It's all about HUMAN HUMAN HUMAN!
SETTING GOALS - SET THE BAR HIGH
- Goals are critical.
- What would you be reading about even it's neutral.
- What would you be doing if you didn't need to do it
- What you've turned to for pleasure when you've got free time
- I like to be LOVED => So you get ALL IN! if you like SOMETHING -> Make it the CENTRAL OF YOUR LIFE
WHAT NOT TO DO
- Having the wrong goal
- Simple great question: "What would you do everyday that you would love even you're failing !?"
THE DISCIPLINE OF EVOLUTIONARY PSYCHOLOGY
- Aim to discover how the evolution of the human mind shaped the way we think and act
- Why passion makes you better at something
-> It gives you result, energy
- Big goals make you excited and scare you
DESPERATION + PASSION
- "a truly desperate man is a man to watch" -> Desperate people will do the craziest shit to get out of their situation.
- HOW HARD a desperate man work
- "Don't try to change the world unless you seek change the way a man whose head is on fire seeks a pond."
-> You want to be happy -> be around family -> How's about opposite -> Take you away from your family but it makes you full of joy, optimistic, visionary
- Trick people to do what they're not to do but it's good for them!
- Video game = a trick for your brain => make somethin obsessive like the video game

- I don't want sympathy -> Do not get one the knee with me. Stay standing. Offer me a hand. Brush me off. Paint me a vision. Rebuild my sense of confidence.

- If it's moving yourself toward your goal -> You can be axious,
- Don't be a slave for anything ....

TO ADD VALUE
- To know so much about product or service to bring the value to people' lives
- Money is less motivating the more you get of it
=> Find the mission, the money will follow.
KEEP MOVING FORWARD, even YOU'RE DOWN
- Motivation is not a limited resource
=> Make your motivation strong enough. What reason get you out of bed? out of comfort zone?
=> PAIN vs PLEASURE => Vision: you will have 6 packs -> Motivate you go to the gym => Focus on the PROCESS, focus on the RESULTS
BREAK DOWN THE GOALS
- Break the goal into steps
- Stop checking emails
- Go through the list = the workout of your mind
- BOSS -> Set objectives. Either:
1. Tell you what to do?
2. How to do it?
-> Don't make your employee a puppet -> Don't let other people tell you how and what you should be doing
- Don't let other small stuff become your distraction.
PREPARE YOUR MIND + EMOTION => PREPARE YOUR PHYSICAL THINGS
MENTAL SKILLS = Being able to control my own emotions + Guide the emotions of others
PHYSICAL ACTIVITY
- Lift weight + Do cardio
- My body is an exact representation of how important it is to me
READING IS SO IMPORTANT
- Listen to book always!
- ideas in -> ideas out
- Making unique connection of ideas
- Stoicism
AFFECTED FILMS
- THE MATRIX - Codifying is the act of taking sort of abstract notions and making them very concrete -> Codify the feeling for me the feeling that I had that I was lost that my life could be different BUT I just didn't know how to make it true
. Something is stopping me and then it showed me the path that I was self-limiting.
