Colossian 1:6

"So then, just as you received Christ Jesus as Lord, continue to live in him, rooted and built up in him, strengthened in the faith as you were taught, and overflowing with thankfulness."

Overflow with = be very fulll of an emotion or quality.
Ex: The heart is overflowed with joy.

Receiving Lord is just the beginning. Continue to live in him is an ultimate journey. Life just trys to make you forget him in a bunch of unnecessary things in life, such as worries, unhappiness, Jesus Christ is the source of fresh water and you can be reborn in that water. So read his words, spend time with him, and you will see.

Faith is strengthened when you trust in him. You only either choose TRUST or WORRY. If you choose TRUST, so lean on him and give him your worry. Be free!

Whatever I am doing now, I need to be free from sadness or worriness, I need to focus on things I can change, I can measure, not on the things that I should let him decide.

Being thankful for what all you have. You are blessed. See the cup is half-full, not half-empty. God is filling your cup when you spend time with him.
