BIZ Lesson #2: Teamwork and Advising in Business
Never doing business alone. You always can find somebody as your advisor. The best part is having a board advisor. Lot of business are trapped for many years because they don't have the right guidance and most entrepreneurs and business owners are limited by only one specific view of the founders. Doing business is not any longer a one-man band, owners cannot hold or sustain a long term growth if they cannot solve problems efficiently or they only can solve problem with one way. Cooperation is not a dollar amount sign, but also it could be bartered. Owners have their own expertise and helpers have their own unique skill sets. The main point is how we can add value to each others?
Also, value can be scaled and can be spread. It is not limited to one individual. It can be your school, your charity organization, your environmental group, your professional club. Help-needed requests are every where and your job is just really a small help-needed request. Go finding a big help-needed and help them out, so you can add bigger value
