Team Must Be TEAMWORK to WORK.

I am working on an event for my club called Small Business Bash 2013. We will invite many small businesses to come out on our campus to sell their services and products to student. Our marketing team has four people and we are trying our best to secure the success of the event.

There is a job to contact campus news paper to cover our news.
We need to request images from all vendors to project their images in the right way.
Facebook marketing is running crazy with a lot of posts and comments.
Poster designer and marketing director are working through night and sleeping ends up at 2 or 3am
The team is also looking for news outlet to promote the event

I feel GREAT (also sorry for people being interrupted) that our words are getting our and also the "Like" of our posts are increasing. However, when I am working, I recognize that the ability of one person is so limited. Moreover, I only have 24 hours/day. And I feel the fastest way to get myself to the hospital is working alone. It is boring and it is exhausted. I have been through that situation and I can stand that; however, I always want to make the job FUN, CREATIVE, and TEAMWORK.

Believe it or not. Humans are social beings.

We connect with each other through our energy, love, and connections.

The way to live and work is being changed so much. We have Facebook to update our lives. We have Google Drive to share our works. Skype to talk and tons of apps are used for boosting the productivity. However, nothing can work, if you cannot see the trust and cooperation from your partner. There is nothing can replace the human eyes and the human voice where the trust and the energy are SYNCED.

I am limited. You are limited. However. As long as I can trust you and you can trust me, then we hustle and give each other our ideas and energy, we will create something BIG. The lesson I learned is whatever work you do or I do, two are always better than one. An idea, a product, or a project can start from a person.

However, realizing an idea, creating a business, and making an impact in society are NEVER ENOUGH if you and I are working in isolated oases.

So,

I will work on my ideas. At the same time, I will look for my partners and my followers. Together, we can change the WORLD.
